No Man's Sky

There are some interesting games coming out over the next several weeks

We The Happy Few - July 26
Epic Manager: Create Your Own Adventuring Agency! - July 26
Batman: The TellTale Series - Episode 1: Realm Of Shadows  - August 2
No Man's Sky  - August 9th


All of these games are very different and each one has caught my attention for one reason or the other.


I have to admit though No Man's Sky has really peaked my curiosity I have not followed the game very closely but what I have seen it looks amazing. I am very curious about how the dynamics of the game work and how a massive multiplayer game that only offers a  single player experience will be accepted by players.

I assume the thrill of the game will be discovering things before other players but how long before that thrill wears off? And will a game with slow progression and no clear cut ending survive especially in this day and age of instant gratification?
